The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO’s are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers. Special Reports Richard Buchli D.V.M. Space plane X-37B Changing Orbit
The Air Force’s X-37B experimental space plane recently changed orbits for the first time since its launch into space in April, according to worldwide satellite trackers closely following its activities. MSNBC reports that one amateur space watcher from Cape Town, South Africa, first noticed that the Boeing-made reusable space vehicle did not appear where it was supposed to back on August 14, 2010. He found it again five days later in a new orbit. It is not exactly clear what the vehicle is doing in space or why it changed orbits. USAF isn’t talking specifics. On the eve of its launch, Air Force officials said only they primarily wanted to assess the in-orbit performance of the X-37B over an extended period. It can remain in orbit up to 270 days each mission. USAF spokesperson Lt. Col. Andy Roake told the Daily Report Wednesday that no date has been established yet for the X-37B’s return to Earth. Will UK’s Prime Minister disclose’ the UFO/ET presence
At a meeting in Tynemouth, on January 27, 2009, David Cameron, while running for office was asked about Astronaut Edgar Mitchell’s statements on radio show that the American government has had contact with extra terrestrials on multiple occasions and that these were ongoing. He spoke about the Roswell event in 1947 where wreckage of a downed UFO was recovered and contained alien bodies. He said this event was real but was covered up by the government for many years. Cameron was asked, “Do the people of the UK have the right to know?” David Cameron who is now Prime Minister stated, “I have no idea there is intelligent life out there and no idea whether any of the sightings which have taken place or whether any incidents which have taken place have any basis in truth.”But, I think we should be an open as possible, so I would be quite happy to give you a guarantee that if I became prime minister I would always be entirely open and frank about these things. “I don’t think any of us have any clue whether there’s intelligent life out there and it is certainly not something that any government should seek to hide from anyone.”
US authorities have sought the extradition of McKinnon since 2005. Making the situation more interesting is that apparently, Prime Minister Cameron’s is blocking or delaying Gary McKinnon’s extradition to U.S. and implies he is taking a stand against U.S. policy.
As Gary grew up his stepfather, Wilson told him of seeing of cigar-shaped objects flying above Bonnybridge, Scotland convincing him UFOs were real. Gary joined Bufora, the British UFO Research Association as a teenager and became interested in the UFO propulsion systems. Gary felt a relatively cheap form of clean energy was being withheld from the people of the world. He decided to try to obtain proof of the existence UFOs and how their propulsion systems operated by hacking into US Government files. McKinnon became a trainee hacker and found numerous hackers from many countries were hacking into NASA, the Pentagon, and dozens of military installations. Gary says, “It was incredibly easy I just wrote a program that searched for network administrators who were too lazy to change their user names and their passwords from ‘password’. When I found one I was in.” It is apparent many US secrets have been hacked as indicated by the recent release of thousands of secret documents concerning Afghanistan. Gary McKinnon essentially showed the US how easy it is to hack into their most secret files, but he was not in position to take advantage of his discoveries. However, other countries such as China and Russia have the ability to use the secret files to their advantage. These nations are also very interested in the operations of UFOs and our space fleet and probably desire to duplicate these craft. It seems unreasonable for the US to pursue a 63-year sentence against McKinnon’s hacking, while hackers from other nations are ignored. He is a relatively unsophisticated hacker compared to the sophisticated hacking techniques used by Chinese Military Intelligence Units. He entered sites essentially left open by US Government facilities. He also possesses a great deal of information that he so far has kept hidden in order to have some bargaining power in negotiating a smaller sentence. He found indications of UFOs, and ‘Non-Terrestrial Officers?’ He spent over six years hacking into the secret files of the US but found no indication of any conspiracy related to the US involvement in 9/11. The most interesting thing he admits finding is a list of Non-Terrestrial Officers. He feels there are US Navy spaceships in orbit. He says, “I found a list of fleet-to-fleet transfers, and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They were not U.S. Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet.”
The Navy Clementine mission micro-mapped the Moon indicating they had plans to return. McKinnon found evidence the US was operating an off-planet craft or an advanced shuttlecraft. The Obama Administration has indicated the NASA Shuttle program will end this year, but it is likely the military has a space fleet. McKinnon also saw a photograph of a smooth, spherical object in a file at the Johnson Space Centre that ‘might have been a UFO. The actions of the Cameron-Clegg government with regard to Gary McKinnon’s extradition will be an early sign of U.K. independence from the anti-disclosure position of U.S. Government. It is most plausible that the U.K. Ministry of Defence, like its counterpart the U.S. Department of Defense, wants to concentrate on its secret compartmentalized programs with extraterrestrial civilizations, while shutting down all of its mechanisms for collecting public reports of UFOs. The scientific elite generally ignores the evidence of extraterrestrial visits and warns if they do exist they are likely hostile to human life and should not be approached.
MONTCLAIR — I talked to Mike Finneran who spent a thirty-year career working for Air traffic control in the New York area. Field Investigator and Philadelphia detective Bill Stephenson put me in touch with Mike who stated, “You could park ten 747 aircraft on this huge triangle that my wife and I saw hovering over New Jersey about ten miles from New York City in the late summer of 1997. I spent 47 years as a pilot flying in this area and I know what I saw. This huge craft was hovering between the standard ILS approaches to Newark and Teterboro Airport.
The position of the craft was sitting in the only position that was safe for the heavy commercial traffic flying into these airports. My wife and I were driving home from Montclair, to Harrison, New Jersey about 1:30 AM, four miles east of Montclair. I stopped the car and both of us got out and saw the object directly above us hovering at an approximate height of 3000 to 4000 feet. We could also see three aircraft about three miles in trail of each other on final approach for Runway 22 at Newark Airport not far from the huge black triangle.”
It was an enormous triangular shaped craft pointed toward New York City. The object was completely without noise. In my 30 years of air traffic control and 47 years as pilot, I have never seen an object of that size in the air. My estimate is that it was approximately 1 mile across. This implies intelligent beings or robots operating the huge craft. We also wonder why it was sitting in this particular position. It had a spectacular view of New York City and the surrounding suburban area and transportation system.
Coast Guard UFO Encounter
The witness was stationed aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Spencer a 327 foot ship conducting Ocean Station duty out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The ship was decommissioned in 1974, so the sighting was most likely in the summer of 1973. The conditions were warm, seas calm, and sighting occurred during the night.
The witness states, I remember someone saying, “Come on deck, there’s a UFO!” The UFO had bright lights that changed color and was checking us out. The UFO would come down hovering above us. We could see portholes and rotated as it hovered as its lights changed color. Then it climb high up in a second becoming very small. Then it seemed to show off, as if it knew we were watching it. It would accelerate across the sky in a split second while doing sharp right angle turns. There were 140 men aboard the Spencer, and a large number of my fellow crewmen witnessed the UFO. My friend had some state-of-the-art photo equipment who was photographing this UFO. We were on station in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean with all running lights on helping air traffic as usual. Crewmembers were taking photos of this craft with telephoto lens. I remember I could not wait to see the photos after they were developed, but I never got to see them. The show lasted about an hour and messages of this sighting were sent to Washington, DC.
When we were relieved from Ocean Station Duty, we headed back to Governor’s Island, to Yankee Pier our homeport. As we were docking, I saw quite a few “Men in Black” waiting to board our ship. Usually after docking, we were granted liberty of usually 72 hours but no one was allowed to leave the ship. These “Men in Black” interrogated us all one by one for hours. We signed an affidavit, stating we saw nothing and were warned that if we mention this to anyone, we would be gone. We were told not to go to any news media, and try to tell this story. If we did, we would be prosecuting by the government. My friend had all of his photo equipment, pictures, and developing equipment confiscated. EL CENTRO –On August 28, 2010, at 9:16 PM, I saw three large lights in a triangle formation flying in the sky at fast, then slow speeds, and pausing at times. The object was flying northbound.
NEWINGTON — On August 20, 2010, I saw an object with my fiancé traveling southeast in the sky at a little past 11 PM. It was oblong almost cigar shaped and bright orange. As it moved in the sky, I ran to get my camera as my fiancé ran towards the object. When I came back outside it had flown towards the moon and just disappeared.

Hawaii Orange Glowing Object HICKAM AFB – On August 1, 2010, at 32 minutes after midnight I saw a bright orange glowing object moving across the sky and viewed the object for 25 seconds. I was fishing on the south shore of Hawaii with two friends on Hickam AFB. We were fishing when my brother in law said, “Hey man, I just saw two shooting stars.” I turned and looked south and my eyes locked on a bright orange glowing object. It was a triangle with a flat shaped nose. The visibility last night was unlimited. The object was glowing the entire time as it moved across the sky. I saw it too for the briefest moment, as traces of light from lamps were just switching off. They were yellow light in rows, dotting the triangular shape. The shape seemed longer at one end. There was a crisscrossing frame between the lights that I could just make out. I asked her to grab my TX-1 video camera, because if this thing comes back I want to be ready. Illinois White Orb Spherical object
My camera was pointed east opposite the sun to about 55 degrees with five times optical zoom, and clicked record. After observing the sun with my telescope for 50 minutes, went in the house to process the video. While playing back the video, at 15 minutes there is a white ball of light, traveling incredibly fast, and seemingly low, zips into view coming from the west, and exits the frame into the eastern horizon toward the direction of Chicago. RUSHVILLE — On August 11, 2010, three witnesses saw bright red disk shaped UFO at 9 PM, traveling east. One red disk UFO thought it was circular; another had the light source in center of bottom of a rectangular/square. Made no sound, was not frightening. OVERLAND PARK – On August 8, 2010, about 9:40 PM, I was pumping gas when my wife noticed a brightly illuminated star that hung low in the sky. We decided to drive toward it and saw the light was moving south. As we got to Butler, we notice that the star appeared to be a bit north and west of our current position. Therefore, we again changed direction toward Belton when the star was now flying toward us and this very large craft flew directly overhead. It turned its extremely bright light completely off.
Watching it fly over I marveled at its large triangular shape. It was flying south toward Butler fast. We continued to watch as it turned its bright star like light back on. This thing just sits in mid air for hours, but it is not a conventional aircraft. I have never seen anything this big! This is four times larger than a B2 Bomber. WARRENSBURG – On August 26, 2010, she and her friend were leaving a theatre about 9:10 PM, when they heard a very “high pitched” hum. She then saw three very bright lights hovering over the parking lot. She ran into the parking and was quite excited by what she saw as the object began moving northwest over a forest across Highway 13. The lights were in a triangular formation were white and flashed. She described them brighter than high-beam headlights. Listen to Witness Report (MP3) Note: I interviewed one of the witnesses and found her to be reliable. She clearly articulated her experience. The sighting location is a few miles west-northwest of Whiteman Air Force Base. Whiteman is the home of the 509th Bomber Wing with the B2 Stealth Bomber and 442nd Fighter Wing (A10 Tank Buster). SECAUCUS — I was at work on August 12, 2010, and was taking the second floor glass elevator and noticed a black sphere way up in the sky. I stepped off the elevator to drop paperwork off and went back to elevator within a minute and the object was gone. I knew it was not a plane, a helicopter, or a Goodyear blimp. I am not sure what it was but I do know it was round because of the distance it appeared to be black. The elevators have glass all around when I look out I could see the Secaucus area, the turnpike, further down open space with a view of the road and other cities. It took place at exactly 2:15 PM. Oklahoma Strange Orange Light
Ten minutes later, I went back outside and saw another object. I took several photos of it earlier today. There were several black helicopters flying around and directly over my house so I took several photos. Two black helicopters were flying side by side. “Anytime there’s a meteor shower or anything, you can see it a lot better, but I’ve never seen anything like that.” A single motion-activated game camera took the pictures. The equipment does not have a flash and uses infrared. She ruled out light posts or towers because the area is empty. “There’s nothing back there but trees and sky, it’s all flat.” Timestamps on several pictures also show that the object hovered in the air for almost two hours. Whatever it is, she is now a little hesitant to go out to her deer blind alone. Archer City is close to Sheppard Air Force Base. It was a boomerang shaped object very high in the sky with three other objects flying with it in a “V” formation. HAMPTON – On August 30, 2010, my husband and I were outside smoking a cigarette in the backyard when he saw a strange red/orange glowing light that was similar to the two lights I had seen the week before. The first one was coming towards us and then a plane flew parallel and the UFO shot up and away from us, turning into what looked like a satellite. After that experience, two more UFOs were flying very close to each other came toward us. The smaller one dimmed out before the larger and closer one dimmed out. It gave off a flash a couple of times before it too looked like a satellite. We watched it until we could no longer see it. We have a few photographs and a video but my husband was shaking so bad the pictures did not turn out so well.

Canada Sighting
HALIFAX — We were on our second night in Nova Scotia on August 19, 2010, sitting on our condo balcony in Lower Water Street, looking south at the sky between the buildings. At first, we thought we were seeing some kind of fireworks and saw a blue-green glowing light in the sky, but then noticed it did not move. Then it pulsed slightly and seemed to drip down upon itself almost like a lava lamp, and then broke into three even sections before our eyes. It stayed in the exact same spot, and came back together several times continuing to glow with an odd greenish blue light for a ten full minutes.
At the end of the event, it formed a ball of bluish green colored light and bounced up and down and all around very erratically. Eventually, it grew smaller and dimmer until it was gone altogether. We felt amazed and awed by the object. It was also very beautiful because its light was glowing and looked very unearthly. We knew it was not a plane or helicopter and we could easily see stars around the object. It was too elongated to be any kind of planet or star. Thanks to MUFON CMS
DELNICE — On August 10, 2010, we were positioned near a military area called “Drgomalj”, which is used by the Croatian Army and NATO. While looking at the stars, we noticed an object flying too low for an ordinary airplane. It had strong lighting and the form of a triangle, we could see it for one minute and then it disappeared. There was no sound. Many say it is a military aircraft, but the lighting was too strong and Croatia does not have any stealth aircraft. SANTORINI ISLAND — My wife and I were on vacation watching the sunset from the beautiful village of Oia where I took many photos on May 27, 2010. I was recently flipping through these on my computer and noticed what looks like a disc in the background of one particular photo. I took pictures both before and after this one within a minute based on the time stamps. Neither the before or after photo had an object in the background. It was silent and I did not see the object. It is moving fast based on the blurred object in the photo with an exposure time of only 1/320 of a second. Note: I darkened the object in the editing process to reveal more detail. COLOGNE — On August 9, 2010, at 12:30 AM, I sighted a formation of six craft with two flying side by side, followed by another two flying side by side, with two more flying single file from south over the center of the city. SEVNICA — The photo was taken on Sunday on August 8, 2010, at 9.50 AM, when a photographer was taking snapshots for a tourist picture postcard. Only later during the review of material on his computer did he become attentive to the flattened silver dot. Later he had a friend magnify the photo with changes in color shown here. He used a Canon Powers Hot SX 20 Camera with a time interval between photos without the object, and next with the object is 12 seconds later.
